Age profile
Default for Max’s age. Picking a profile sets the limit below; you can still adjust it.
Window limit
Not a daily total. The window slides with the clock, so minutes fall out four hours after they were watched. High means a channel scoring 40 or more, or one you marked “Too much for us”.
Moderate channels (scoring 25 to 39) get their own alert when they pass this in any 4-hour window. The age profile leaves it alone.
Shared by everyone in the family: a change here shows on every phone.
